Shipping Problems/Damage

All sales are final unless print(s) are damaged up arrival.

If a print is damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them to bassetthproductions@gmail.com at your earliest convenience. Accepting the shipment and taking photos will help us expedite the process of resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement. If you refuse the shipment, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can start to arrange the replacement.
