Returns

Shipping Problems/Damage

If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, Shopify will send a replacement print free of charge, and cover the delivery costs of a replacement. Alternatively, you can request a refund.

Notification of all shipping defects or damage must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and make a determination whether damage in fact occurred during shipping.

Once received a refund will be from our Shopify account.

If a print is being returned the certificate of authenticity must be accompanied as well for return process.
